Jewel Staite to appear on Warehouse 13 |

Former Stargate Atlantis cast member Jewel Staite has been cast in a guest starring role on Warehouse 13! Staite will appear in an early Season Two episode of Syfy Channel’s hit summer series.

Staite played Dr. Jennifer Keller on Atlantis.
But wait: It gets better. Also appearing in the episode is actor Sean Maher, who played Simon Tamm (Staite’s love interest) on Firefly.
“It’s true: Sean Maher. And me. On Warehouse 13,” Staite wrote on Twitter. “We’re like the new Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan! Except with less Oscars!”
The episode, titled, “Mild Mannered,” will premiere in the U.S. sometime in July. Maher plays a character named Sheldon, described as “a quiet, unassuming guy whose exposure to a dangerous object brings about shocking physical change.” Staite will play Loretta, the object of his unrequited love.
Warehouse 13 returns to Syfy Channel on July 13, starring Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, Saul Rubinek and Allison Scagliotti. Meanwhile, if you are near Toronto look for Jewel at Wizard World March 26 to 28, or at Anaheim Comic Con in the Los Angeles area April 16 to 18.
